Not another journaling app. A path to grow.

How are you, really?

It starts with how you feel, every day.

Inside+ helps you understand what you're feeling, starting from how you describe it in your own words, uncover what's behind it, and work through it with real techniques (not generic advice), for a more conscious way of living. Five minutes a day, whenever you want.

What's inside

Not another "be happier" app.

A space to understand what you actually feel, with the same precision you'd use talking to a coach — and the privacy of a journal that locks.

Log

Write how you feel in your own words, and let AI suggest the right one out of 325+. Already know it? Search for it directly. Never a generic checkbox between "happy" and "sad."

Explore

Browse 25 emotion families to understand what you're really feeling, where it comes from, and how it differs from similar sensations.

Transform

Reflection questions and concrete techniques drawn from CBT, DBT, ACT and other real approaches — never a generic "just breathe" thrown in.

Your analytics

See your patterns over time: which emotions come back, at what time of day, and how often you explore or work through them.

Genuinely private

Your data is yours. No one sees it without your explicit consent, and it's never shown individually to anyone.

English & Italian

Switch languages in one tap. Every word, every nuance, every technique is available in both.

Why you can trust it

Nothing in Inside+ is made up.

Every question, every technique, every in-depth text comes from a real therapeutic approach, theory, or study — with the source cited, visible directly in the app. We don't promise to fix your life. We give you tools that work, and explain why.

Frequently asked questions

Before you start

Right now, yes: signing up and using Log, Explore, Transform, and your analytics doesn't cost anything, and there's no premium tier hidden behind a subscription. We can't promise pricing will always stay this way as Inside+ grows, but there are no hidden costs today.

Yes. Only you can see your entries. They're used in aggregated, anonymous form for general statistics only, never shown individually to anyone without your explicit consent.

No, not for now. Inside+ is an “installable web app”: open the link, add it to your home screen in a few seconds, and it behaves like a normal app. See the “Install it” section above.

Yes, to save and sync your entries. We're working on making some features available offline too.

English and Italian, with an instant language switch inside the app.

Yes. Inside the app you can generate summaries of your entries to share via WhatsApp, email, or by copying the text — only if and when you decide to.

No. It's a self-reflection tool grounded in real research, not a diagnostic or clinical tool, and it doesn't replace professional support. If you're going through something serious, we'd always encourage talking to a licensed professional — Inside+ can help you get clearer on what to bring to that conversation.

Anyone who wants a more precise vocabulary for what they're feeling — people already in therapy or coaching who want a tool between sessions, and people who just want to understand their emotional patterns better on their own.

Two things: the emotional vocabulary is precise (325+ words instead of a mood scale from 1 to 5), and every reflection technique is grounded in a named, cited psychological framework instead of generic wellness advice.
